I'm really glad to hear that, Cynthia. I've always felt bad for not liking it. So maybe it's just me. :)

Glad to see there's somebody out there reading this blog, too!

I disagree with you. I thought Malina's meltdown was the comic highlight of the pilot! Looooved it!

In regards to question 5. Yes, Jordan was already pregnant. She may not have know it yet, but the character got pregnant from the encounter with her ex-boyfriend that she used to get information on Danny in the very first episode. So she was, in fact, pregnant for the entire series, she just didn't know it till later...

Thank you very much for your "looks" at the show. They always are so inspiring and moving.
I am from Russia. I found episodes of this show only a couple weeks ago. I fell in love with it and saw it several times almost non-stop.

Ufotunately, it will never be shown in my country because, first of all, it is too short (our television shows episodes of teleshows every working day) and, second, because it would be very difficult to make a translation, I mean not only words but the cultural, social, political etc references.

However, I am making a home-version for family and friens who will share my afection for this show. I am doing subtitled translation. And your "looks" always help me to find right meaning, right words when it is important to reflect things that happen on screen.

Thank you very much for sharing. Please, keep posting your "looks".

Sincerely
Anna

I am looking forward to owning this set. I loved the program and felt like the network tried to kill it by taking it off the aire for weeks, making it hard to gain continuity. It would be on a couple of weeks, then off. THen back on, then off. I have like all of Sorkin's shows...Sports Night didn't have a fair chance either. Just MHO

Exactly what I've been thinking. The critics got it wrong here, as every high flyer I have ever worked with thinks that what they are doing is very important - it's largely down to that belief in themselves and what they are doing which makes them a high flyer.

Personally, I think it is gross hypocrisy for the media to accuse anyone of having an over-inflated sense of their own importance, especially people like TV reviewers, but that's another discussion for another time.
